Special Notice of  Extenuating Circumstance Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

Due to extenuating circumstances with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and changes to our Service and the Travel industry as a whole, ours service has been inundated with unprecedented cancellations and refunds requests on pre-booked transfers,

We are a small business and in order for us to stay operational we had to make a couple of  alteration to our polices including refunds;

Refunds 2 options;

A,     Credit Note, 12 months **

 (to the full value of the original booking (covering 12 months from credit date, no extra charge annual (1% price rise in July)).

B,     Refunds to Credit Card or Bank account**

 (a 2.5% service fee applies)

 

We wish to assure all clients that all refunds requests will be honored, refunds may take  7-21 business days.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while we work through this tough times.

  1. Credit Note: for 12 months from date of credit, to the original value, No extra charge if price rise before use, if refund requested anytime during the 12 months Option B applies.
  2. Refund to Bank Account or Credit Card, As per our normal policy a 2.5% service fee applies (i.e. $200.00 =$5.00, $300.00 =$7.50)
